HOAP is available at no cost to qualified homeowners located in the 5 boroughs of New York, Long Island and Westchester. Through HOAP, homeowners are provided a Homeowner Advocate free of charge to help them identify and take advantage of all the options and opportunities made available through HOAP. Whether homeowners want to keep their home or sell it, HOAP offers unique resources, and services to get homeowners the outcome they want.
