SERVICES

Services are provided with no out-of-pocket costs to eligible and approved homeowners. Some services are provided by the Company or the Broker and others are provided by 3rd party providers designated by the Company or the Broker. Although you will never pay out of pocket for the services provided, they are non-negotiable, (meaning they have no monetary value if you try to sell them). Each Service offered here has different terms and contingencies. If you are approved for a Service, you may elect to decline to accept it. If your property is in foreclosure and requires the services of a real estate broker or Attorney, they may charge a commission or fee respectively only if it is paid from your lienholder.

MONETARY OPTION

For all properties that require a short sale, a Monetary Option will be disclosed to and must be approved by any lienholders on the property.

HOMEOWNER ADVOCATE

Homeowner Advocates are a New York State Licensed Real Estate Salespersons and will provide you with publicly available information and guidance permissible by law so you can make an informed decision about your options. They will determine if you qualify for the HOAP program and help you navigate possible foreclosure relief options. They cannot and will not provide legal, accounting or tax advice.
