As per Administrative Order AO/157/20, effective immediately, residential foreclosure proceedings resume, and foreclosure auctions are cleared to be scheduled on or after October 15th, 2020. I am your area’s Homeowner Advocate and I’ve been assigned to assist you with your loan servicer. My role as your Advocate is to review new options for you to avoid foreclosure, whether you decide to modify your loan and keep your property, sell it or you are unsure.
