After the bank forecloses on your house and sells it at auction, you must find alternative housing. After the sale, the deed to your house is transferred to the highest bidder or to the bank. The new owners must follow legal steps to evict you, and the eviction process typically starts immediately. Every county is different, but you can expect the eviction to be completed in one to several months. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help you once this has happened. We don’t offer any post foreclosure assistance.
