Yes! Many homeowners whom have previously modified their loan have found themselves facing a hardship and were unable to keep up with the payments. The Company offers Loan Modification Grants to Homeowners who qualify for The Program and decide to apply for a new loan modification after a Homeowner Advocacy Meeting. The company does not do loan modifications. You will be referred to a participating law firm and the Company will cover the 100% of legal fees.
