Legal Assistance Grant Notice
Based on your property and loan servicer, you have been prequalified for a Legal Assistance Grant. As per Administrative Order AO/157/20, effective immediately, residential foreclosure proceedings resume and foreclosure auctions are cleared to be scheduled on or after October 15th, 2020. The good news is there are some new options for homeowners to modify their loan and keep their property or monetary and relocation options for those who decide to sell. We have expanded our Legal Assistance Grant to cover legal assistance related to new options provided per the Administrative Order.
