The foreclosure moratorium which stayed most court proceedings temporarily is due to expire next month. The judgement of foreclosure and sale on your property will proceed at that time. Once granted, your home could be placed for auction within 45 days. It’s important to be proactive and know your options for relief ahead of the Moratorium expiration so you can be prepared and not be potentially locked out of some newer options.
