Residential Foreclosure Moratorium Expires
The stay on residential foreclosures has now expired and the process has resumed. The good news is there are some new options for homeowners to modify their loan and keep their property or monetary and relocation options for those who decide to sell. The bad news is home foreclosure auctions may now be scheduled on or after October 15th, 2020. I am your area’s Homeowner Advocate and I’ve been assigned to assist you.
